ARLEAN'S PIRATE pressed the early pace four wide, vied nearing the eighth pole, gained command and drew off in the stretch. MALO MILLIE was within striking distance early racing four wide, placed a bid nearing the eighth pole, was no match for the winner and clearly second best. WILD N' MAJESTIC was void of early speed, went five wide in the stretch and showed late interest. ANXIOUS AXIE broke sharply then was allowed to settle into stride, raced wide throughout and placed a rally in deep stretch. WIN NEED was off slow early, raced three wide and showed late interest in the stretch. MI VANILLA FUDGE raced mid pack saving ground, moved up to gain the show place at the sixteenth pole and yielded. JERRIE BO set a pressured early pace racing off the rail, was finished and gave way. LIL VIXEN broke slow and was not a factor. TRICKY SOCKS was close in the early going between rivals and stopped. |
